Jan Fields is President, McDonald's USA, LLC. In this role, Ms. Fields is responsible for the strategic direction and overall business results of the 14,000 McDonald’s restaurants in the United States.
Previously, Ms. Fields was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where she oversaw the operations of the U.S. McDonald’s restaurants.
Since beginning her career as a crew member in 1978, Ms. Fields has worked at all levels of the company, from the restaurants to management. She has served as president and senior vice president of McDonald’s Central Division, senior vice president in the former Southeast Division and regional vice president of the Pittsburgh region.
