The Soul Edge brought about poverty into the nation;
the other races escaped its wrath but the humans fell victim to its power.
Many humans, now slaves to Soul Edge, sought to seek riches in the deep sea;




None ever returned home;
some say it was the work of [Sea Inferno Maiden];
sinking their ships and taking them to strange lands


As a result many pirates setup offshore and became known as the [Sandsea Pirates]
They grew in notoriety; owning both land and sea


But their homeland was still under the rule of;
Soul Edge
The humans had surrendered to this mighty power;
during [The Battle]




On numerious occassions;
Soul Edge summoned beasts to bring back the humans
from the deserts



On the sea;
[Merrow] would assist the humans from falling captive to [Soul Edge]
She had the [soul store] ability;
Every beast sent to the sea would meet its fate



But the [Sandsea Pirates] mistook [Merrow] for [Sea Infero's Maiden]
They made a net; caught her; stripped her of her scales and threw her back into the sea




Nobody wanted to be invloved with the humans;
but the [Dragons] were sworn enemies with the sea creatures;
the late Sea Inferno and her Maiden in particular




Capturing [Merrow] would be used as bait;
to lure the Maiden from the sea into their trap
